Start a Project BriefDo I need design drawings for the first enquiry?
No. Start with the room use, rough dimensions or area, photos, reference images, target market, estimated quantity, target date, and any known fire or acoustic requirement. Drawings improve accuracy but are not a gate to the first conversation.
What should I send for a useful first quotation?
Send the application, rough wall or ceiling area, room photos, reference images, target market, estimated quantity, delivery location, target date, and any known acoustic or fire requirement. State which details are confirmed and which still need advice.
When do drawings become mandatory?
They are required before final takeoff, custom pattern pricing, installation coordination, and production approval. Every non-standard order should use a client-approved shop drawing as part of the order specification.
What is needed for a PET decorative panel?
Standard panels can be shortlisted from dimensions, color direction, quantity, and application. Custom CNC shapes, perforations, logos, or patterns normally require PDF, DXF, DWG, or AI artwork with dimensions.
What is needed for fabric-wrapped panels?
Room photos and wall dimensions can support an initial layout and budget. Final pricing needs panel sizes, thickness, fabric, edge detail, mounting method, and an approved panel schedule or elevation.
What is needed for wood acoustic systems?
Wood systems need earlier coordination of wall elevations, module direction, joint layout, substrate, cavity, backing, trims, and installation details because these affect the BOM, cut sizes, accessories, and report applicability.
Can you provide the design?
We can coordinate product shop drawings and detailing. We do not replace the architect, interior designer, installer, fire consultant, or acoustic consultant, and we do not set project performance targets without their input.
Can I receive a budget price without drawings?
Yes. It will be an indicative range based on stated assumptions. The final quotation follows confirmed dimensions, surface, edge, accessories, installation scope, packing, quantity, and applicable documents.
Which file formats are useful?
PDF, DWG, DXF, AI, BOQ, elevations, plans, sections, room photos, mood boards, and marked-up screenshots are useful. Send what already exists; a complete drawing set is not required for the first review.
How are acoustic and fire claims checked?
The proposed material build-up, thickness, density, backing, mounting assembly, and test standard are compared with the available report. A report for a different construction is not treated as proof.
How do samples work when international freight is expensive?
Start with a focused shortlist of relevant colors and constructions, combine samples where practical, confirm courier cost before dispatch, and record the approved sample as the production reference.
